1. I like the way that he does the video to explain everything
2. I don't think it would have made much difference but okay prior suspensions for hits should count but to say he's been suspended 4 times when one was just for flipping off another player... well that one should not count towards previous suspensions..

3. It's hard to say if its the right length or not, I guess we will have to see how the season plays out to see if 1/10th of the season is what everyone gets for hits like that.

4. With the way suspensions were done in the past it's sure a shock to the system to see whats been going on so far. Is it just him dropping the hammer really hard right now to send a message then hes going to ease off? or will these be the new norm?

5. So how do suspensions count agaist the active 23 man roster? Does the suspened player take up a spot? or is it kinda like going on IR and allowing a team to bring up an extra player?

The suspended player is part of the 23 man roster - so you lose one off that for the length of the suspension, unless a team isn't carrying a full complement of 23.

Works just the same with the penal system. If you're a habitual petty crook and you elevate it to murder, they're not going to ignore that you've got a prior rap sheet even if it's the first time you've killed someone.
