Two cards stolen... be on the lookout.

any updates about this?

Thats why I am scared as hell to trade cards because I am new and I would have to ship first.

I wouldnt worry too much about sending first. As long as you use the feedback of a trader as a guide. Maybe make a few trades with well known traders to build your feedback. If you are looking to make a large trade with other new users there is always the option of using a go between to make sure both parties send as well.

I knew it was only a matter of time... Zach is now selling the card that he stole from me on eBay. See above for details, and here is the auction.

UPDATE!!!

I sent Zach a carefully worded email and received this response...

Dear possible_obsession,

Well I'm pretty sure you were refunded. In either case, both Fleury cards will be pulled. Send me your email, and I will ship both cards out to you. For what it is worth, I am very sorry the past. I am not the same person, and am giving up the hobby. I was a bad person and really am sorry you got the run over. I hope you can forgive me.

Zach

So... let's see if Zach has really changed his ways and send MY cards to me... stay tuned!!!

Kendall that totally sucks :( im sorry my friend! I wish i was the karma fairy!!
but eventually he will get his!

You know who to turn too when you need help :)

You'll probably never see those cards. Better take a screen shot in case you need to file a police report. You now have proof that he stole them.

Kendall, Call this number:

1-401-568-2533
Glocester Police Department
162 Chopmist Hill Rd
Chepachet, RI 02814

Tell them the situation, and they will direct you to their internet crime division. Most police departments in the US have an officer or team of officers assigned specifically to internet crimes like this, and if they don't have it there, they will give you the number to their partner PD that does have this service. Get a copy of your Paypal payment to this guy, the original auctions you won, and these auctions showing he is selling them. They will ask you to fax or email your documents with a statement, and they will go knock on his door. I'm not joking, I have done it before, cross border as well. I had an issue with a thief in Canada, called the RCMP main division in his province, they got me to his local division, and they went to his house and mom was home. Let me tell you, that little punk probably couldn't sit for a couple weeks after his dad got home. His parents called me and it got resolved real quick. The PD in the US will do the same, I've done it twice, and they will arrest him if he does not resolve this to your satisfaction. I would put the fear of god into him right now and tell him you are contacting that police department. He will know who they are and he will probably start begging you to not report him.

Let me know if I can help in any way bud!
