I hear ya! I've been doing a somewhat similiar thing as you, except I'm not getting the older cool cards you got there, I've been grabbing ink of those guys, as much as I can get. I've even sold off a lot of my old PC (past Leafs autos, and almost all my good Young Guns), and used it to buy old guy autos. I have zero interest in todays players now, or any of the new products. When you can buy a hard signed auto of guys like Lafleur, Hull, Beliveau etc for $20-$25, and guys like Lindsay, Bower, Bossy, Mahovlich etc. for $10-$15, it's a no-brainer for me.

I hear YOU right back! All of the $1, $2, $5, $10 shiny Canucks cards I've bought over the years, and for WHAT? To see Lou and Schneids leave and the rest of the team sink into the mire,and then to sell the cards for pennies on the dollar. And to see my room pile up with inserts and jerseys and autos of Steve Downie and Semyon Varlamov and Ovi and Sidney and Milan Lucic??? No more of that. No more of THIS......









Better that I should get 2 envelopes a month than keep going like this..........
