IMO, Healy. Healy just stirs stuff up just for the sake of it. No real insight. Just take an extreme view and be a total idiot and jerk about it.

Maguire at times is a bit of a fan boy, spews stats/obscure facts, and states the obvious, but he seems like a nice guy.

If I saw each on the street, I'd greet Maguire. I'd just keep walking past Healy.

Healy is a tool, but then a lot of sports journalism has turned into a joke for a while now. Only speaking from hockey point of view here, but all of these former players turned talking head/ journalist seem to think they need to be part of the story and that people tune in to watch them - no, we want the insight their ties bring, but I for one do not want the journalist to be part of the story. Report the facts, keep your snarky comments to yourself and do your job.

Honest question. Whose worse, Healy or Pierre Maguire?

Maguire can annoy the hell out of me when he starts shouting and getting over excited, but when he's calm (like he was on TradeCenter yesterday) I can tolerate him. I do have a lot of respect for his knowledge of hockey. It's just his delivery can get to a guy sometimes.

Healy is just a moron.

Healy's hockey career speaks for itself, who is he to criticize a team's efforts? Funny coming from a guy who was playing for the Isles, got drafted in expansion by the Mighty Ducks one day, then by the Lightning the next, and on that same day got traded to NYR for a 3rd round pick. Is that some kind of record?!?!

Healy FS, he talks like he was Ken Dryden when he played. I think Pierre Maguire is a really smart hockey guy, too bad he is a tool.

Don't get to hear Healy much...

But Pierre Maguire I just can't stand. He overuses mostly trite sayings and adjectives as if he invented them. He interjects himself into the conversation too many times while adding almost nothing. Blowhard is almost too good of a description.

Milbury is not good either - but that stems from his TOTAL failings as an Islander executive to give him any credence!

Both are brutal. Healy is so opinionated and confrontational , everything he says is right. Macguire is another know it all. It's a toss up as I can't stand listening to either of them.

Not the same I'm sure but I miss the Bob Cole and Harry Neale one two.

As a Flyers fan, I can't stand when Maguire or Emrick are calling a national game in the U.S. (especially if it is a Pittsburgh game). I am not a hater of the Pens as some Philly fans are since I appreciate watching a couple of the game's best play but sometimes all that gushing over Sid and Malkin gets nauseating. In general, regardless of the game they call, I tend to turn the volume way down....

Just curious. How did your NHL career go?

Healy just seems like one of those dudes that if you were to split a pizza with, he would scarf his half and most of yours. Maguire is just creepy. I think last year during the playoffs they were doing a game together between the benches. Gross.

Analyst Healy is the worst, then Milbury, the McGuire IMO.

Announcers, that ones easy. Jack Edwards is the worst and second worst is so far behind him it's sickening. But, Pang takes second worst, if I hear him scream holy jumpin one more time, I'm getting on a plane and kicking his junk up to his brain. The it's anyone announcing for the Leafs or Habs, and finally Eddie Olzcyk who is quickly climbing the worst ladder. Even as a Hawks fan I can't stand him, I wish I could click mute for his mic and just listen to Pat Foley the whole game.

Glenn Healy and it's not even close.

I honestly enjoy the passion that Pierre McGuire shows when he's on air. The man lives for hockey and while that may annoy many viewers, he's extremely knowledgeable of the game both within the NHL and outside of it.
