Spoke with Panini about Redemptions - Good news (Read if you have any outstanding)

Just received 2 Jonathan Blum Dominion /199 rookies - looks like these have been live for some time. Got a couple nice patches anyway.
 
I was told that Panini sent me my 2011-12 Contenders Zac Rinaldo /800 and it was shipped on 3/3/15 by USPS...still waiting...and I have 8 more redemptions that are pending!
 
This week I got notifications for Mikael Granlund and Mikael Backlund, so maybe they are on M.....
 
Does anybody know how long it takes on average to get an update on the redemption status once your card appears on Panini's weekly redemption update page?

Got notice my latest redemption is/was 3/3 being sent Zegmous Girgensons.
Have another Sabres card that was put in redemption over a year ago and the Girgensons was redeemed early 2015.Grigerenko.

Asked for an email confirmation 24 hours ago for my sign in as I forgot my password--didn't get it till about 1pm.Go figure...the watchman is asleep at his post.

Redeemed. Shipped 3/9/15

Slowly but surely.......down to only 3 redemptions left.
 
I finally had 2 of my redemptions replaced. After numerous calls and a lot of waiting. Although there is 4 live redemptions they didn't send. It makes no sense why everything wasn't shipped. The best part is the replacements weren't the team/5 players they asked. They have the most complicated, cost inefficient, and illogical way of filling redemptions.
 
Interesting, I got an email that the Datsyuk/Howe auto from NT is shipping (as someone else did today)... but nothing in regards to the Lafontaine Expansion (as someone else did today)

got my Fasth NT ARP today. decided to call and talk to Panini about getting my Tarasenko auto jsys from Contenders replaced. after a very short time on hold, i talked to a rep! she said my Ryan Miller Silhouette auto patch has been returned to them (it's been live for a while now) and asked for another Tarasenko auto as a replacement, if available, and Blues if not. let's hope my request gets in during this batch of mailings. may end up with another Jake Allen auto jersey...
