Spoke with Panini about Redemptions - Good news (Read if you have any outstanding)

The 11/12 Contenders auto patch of Toews that was mailed to me on March 1 has been bouncing back and forth between the same 2 post offices for the last 3 weeks. It's clearly a usps issue rather than a Panini one. That said, if it somehow gets lost in the mail (looks like this card was sent with signature confirmation) would they offer a replacement?

Just got off the phone with David Sharpe and they are still waiting for Adam Larsson to return these two, he recommended I switch them out.
They also don't have any Devils to ship out to me so I had to request something different.

I called more than two months ago to get a replacement for a Kreider auto that was long overdue, and they told me I couldn't get it replaced because it was already received and would be shipped soon. Still waiting...
 
Waiting on these I have 9 of them sent in for a long time

I only have 1 redemption pending and it is a Mika Zibenjad auto, pretty sure once my 4 months are up I will need to get it replaced. It's from contenders.

Dont think the Zibanejad autos are being made. It doesnt seem like he's signing anything. I had a handful of his lower end autos and asked for a replacement.

i got stuff I asked to be replaced from 2011 and was told it was done but it still shows outstanding on their website

and what about tarasenko?

i spoke with a Manager yesterday about a replacement for a Jamie Oleksiak and we talked about Phil Esposito and Tarasenko's name came up and Panini was still holding out hope that he was going to sign.
 
I was told yesterday no go on Tarasenko signing . I had a Dominion auto i exchanged out
