A Couple Pre-War HOF'ers Arrived via CaliGretzky

Big thanks to Jeffrey for making a couple of his upgraded cards available for my PC.

Both of these sets are among my all time favorites. To land a Benedict rookie from C57 is tough as it is but to land one with such a gorgeous front makes me giddy. The 2 is due to some paper loss on the back on the corners which to me is a-ok! And the Stewart is particularly sweet for me as it is the red version which now gives me one red (Stewart), one blue (Shore) and one green card (Jackson) from the inaugural OPC issue. Also, it looks more like a 5 to me so am again very happy to add these two artifacts into my collection! Thanks again Jeffrey!

Yeah Troy the front definitely looks better than a 2. More like a 5 but it's the back that brings it down. And I still looooove the card!

Still in Chicago after the last day of the national and I picked up another prewar beauty that carries a weight of 9 on the HOF set registry. Stay tuned I'll post it up soon...:corn:
