Grading Question and Autograph ID Question

I was wondering if anyone would be able to ID this auto'd baseball I have. There was no box of documentation with it.

Also,I pulled this Ken Griffey Jr. UD RC from a sealed set I had and wondering if it would be worth grading. It is basically the centering I'm worried about.

Thanks for that. I looked him up and it does look quite a lot like his auto'd cards. Just neater.
