I don’t have a Beckett online subscription so I can’t get one from there. Does anyone know of any good places to get a comprehensive checklist of cards by player?

Many thanks for any help!

You can? Don’t get me wrong I’m definitely an idiot and all but I don’t see where or how?

No worries at all. Yes, you can. Once you input cards from the inventory that are PC, you can view your PC and Export as Text. The Inventory recently went through an update, so it looks different, but I've been able to in the past.

As for Excel, I've never tried that with the SCF Inventory, but I think you can do that as well. After clicking around my Inventory on there just now I think I figured it out.

Once you populate your Inventory with your player collection, for example, you can Click on 'Inventory' on the left column and Backup your Inventory from there. Once it's backed up, it says "You can later Import this into a Spreadsheet format", which leads me to believe a seamless integration with an Excel document sheet should work if it's in a backed up CVS file format.

I hope this helps! If you PM on SCF I can probably send you some screenshots.

Wondering if because I’m on mobile it’s not obliging me. May need to fire up the laptop and dust it off lol.

You don't need a subscription to search a particular player, only if you want a value attached to them. Otherwise, on their main page type in the player name in the search bar, select Hockey in the drop-down menu and away you go. I just found 922 Nikolaj Ehlers cards, a player I used to collect.

Dave.

Hey Dave, I’ve done that but I’m looking to export the list offline and save in Excel or Word.

I used Beckett. Just found Patrick Roy by year and put as many results as I could by page (500) I think. Then put my cursor at the top of the page then scrolled down to the bottom and did a shift+click to select all of the text. Then did a paste special in Excel as text only. Takes some time and formatting in excel but it gets you what you need. From there you can just add to your list for subsequent years or sets as they are released.

I splurged for the $4 monthly player subscription. The Excel spreadsheet is kind of choppy with all the non-card info and spacing but at least it's an offline list.

Also made me realize Leaf makes a LOT of cards. God bless 7 parallels of everything!

Yeah I get to remove the majority of the Leaf cards as they are mem cards that I am not collecting.

Do love their Mask cards they did in 16-17 I believe it was.
