Is this PSA graded card by PWCC trimmed?

With all the recent investigations and allegations I have to get some opinions, is this trimmed?

1970-O-Pee-Chee-Hockey-HART-TRIOPHY-261-PSA-9-MINT

The card is sitting low in the slab, and the bottom is very smooth compared to the sides and top.

And, when did PWCC start offering BIN?

These aren't the traditional PWCC consignment auctions. They're listing some of their vault cards on eBay and apparently they're going with BINs. It's a different eBay account all together.

As for the card itself I'm not sure. Could be possible for sure.

Definitely looks trimmed to me. Card looks short and bottom edge is so different from the other three.

3 sides look symmetrical and the right side is on an angle.....definitely looks off
