Any Store In Toronto Still Sell Individual Hobby Packs?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if any Toronto card store still sells individually hobby packs? Seems like NO ONE does! I called AJs, Untouchables Mississauga, 401 Games Vaughan, and all are a no. They only sell boxes. I can’t afford a box but would still like to open hobby packs.

Altered States in Clarkson (Erin Mills and Lakeshore) do. Not Toronto, but good guys and usually sell packs of almost everything (including boxes of high end that might have only 4 packs a box). Just coming out of the pandemic so they're low on stock but soon they'll be back up to speed. Have a bunch of UD extended ATM.

Pretty much. I can count how many GOOD shops are left within the city on one hand.

401 Games on Yonge is another.

Have you considered retail? That's significantly cheaper, but possibly safer than potentially searched loose packs.

I used to live in Scarborough, but I moved to Winnipeg in 2000.

In Winnipeg, we have at least six or so that sell current hobby pack releases: Joe Daley's, Super Stars Sports, Lower Level, CanCentral, and at least two more "hobby shops" that sell hobby packs of the newest releases.

I'm thinking our retail rents here in 204 are more conducive than in the 416? Is it a matter of brick-and-mortar rents being too high in "The Six"? Or is something else at play?

Rookies Sportcards in hamilton still does, normally have between 15-25 different years and brands.
Altered normally only has a few boxes open. Untouchables if still open has open packs, but last I heard they were charging a ton, I think it was like $4.00 for a pack of MVP
