Added the 16-17 OPC LA Kings Team Checklist Black Rainbow Foil /100. These parallels never get old.

Just need the Red Border parallel to complete the 4-card rainbow.

Another update to your favoruite rolling thread!

I updated the collection recently with the 2020 Lidkon Belarus Food Issue card.

If anyone wants to know more about these Dinamo Minsk cards, I wrote a blog about it on my website. These cards were released across Belarus in boxes of 'corn sticks'.

Thank you, Paul. While there are many player collections out there that are more relevant, larger & expensive than mine will ever be, I do enjoy marketing my collection to as many collectors as possible to help spread the word about how awesome this hobby is, all in my own way. Maybe not everyone tunes in, but that's okay - I like reaching those out there who'd find the time to view my humble collection. That is an aspect of the hobby I also enjoy, especially in the digital age of collecting we all find ourselves in today.


Added another category to this collection with the addition of a dozen cameo cards this afternoon. Brett, our notable Trevor Linden collector here on HI, is part of the reason I'm starting this side collection of cameo cards. His dedication to his collection knows no bounds, which is pretty darn inspiring.

Added a very big 1/1 card to the collection today! Thank you to all involved with helping me add this card to my collection - Especially my good buddy and co-host, Eric (HammerHawks here on H.I).

You may remember how I silently lost out on this back back in 2019, but now the card is finally at home in this collection.

I normally do not share duplicate card pickups in this thread, but I just picked up another copy of the 2012-13 Dominion Peerless Patches card. This set that was so well done.

I was able to add my 3rd copy of this card, and while the patch isn't uber-amazing, it's the first copy in my PC to feature a piece of the sabre blade in center the Buffalo Sabres logo.

Added a different kind of 1/1 card today with a 2021 Leaf Sketch Card Artist Proof 1/1. This awesome piece was created by card artist, Matthew Stewart.

For those who aren't familiar with these types of Artist Proof (AP) cards, I wrote a little bit about them on my latest blog post:

Updated the collection today with some Russian mail, as I added this 2018-19 SeReal KHL 11th Season Blue parallel to my collection.

Aside from being an unnumbered parallel /20, these 'Blue' parallels look almost identical to the 'Light Blue' parallels in the same set, making it that much harder to track down. I've posted scans below of the two parallels:

Safe to say this card was a nice one to cross off the list. Now I'm only 4 cards away from completing a monstrous 18-card rainbow, which are the Red, Green and Orange parallels /20, along with the Gold Foil 1/1 which I'll likely never own.

Yeah, it was a really frustrating parallel that I happily crossed off the want list this afternoon after all this time searching - and buying 2 Light Blue's thinking they were the regular Blue or the seller couldn't tell the difference.

I don't mind different coloured parallels, even the same colour, but using a different colour shade that's easily spottable would have been nice (ex. Cyan Blue vs a Royal Blue).

After this 18-card paralleled base set was released in 2018-2019, spreading across two products, SeReal hasn't done a heavy parallelled base run since this product due to collector complaints. As a player collector, however, it's overall been a fun chase having the opportunity to add visually appealing cards for my PC.

I am up to 14 of the 18 cards for this set of base parallels (+1 signed base card for fun), which you can view here:

Overall in this PC... I am now at 628 total cards as of today. I have received two other cards that I will be sharing here soon once I get scans.
