Verified Trader,
10 years later, I have finally put this one to bed! A classic design from the 1966-67 Topps set that was so nice they decided to honour it for this Heritage Set.
I recently won this card
It is the first copy I have EVER seen! There is no official print run for the Patch version, but the original odds were something like 1:1550!! I would guestimate these are less than /10. Perhaps /5?!?!? Or less?!?!? :dizzy:
Now, I hate to add an asterix* to this Master Set, but Topps Heritage also included 1/1 Buy Backs from the original set -- in this case 1966/67 Topps. However, the buybacks for 2002-03 where pack inserted without any stamp or other identifying mark. So I will go with the claim that this is a Master Set of all cards produced for this specific product.
I haven't scanned the base or basic inserts, but here are the rest of the subsets that make up the Master Set!
Enjoy! :corn:
Chrome Parallel of cards 1-100 (/667)
1966-67 Stanley Cup Winners (The Leafs) - Autographs
1966-67 Stanley Cup Winners (The Leafs) - Maple Leaf Garden Seats
Real One Autographs - Blue
Real One Autographs - Black
Real One Autographs - Red
Not sure why Topps didn't include all players in both Jersey and Patch versions of the subsets. But according to the checklist, these are complete.
Crease Piece
Crease Piece Bonus (Patch)
Calder Cloth
Calder Cloth Bonus (Patch)
Great Skates
Great Skates Bonus (Patch)
And the Sell Sheet
Now I just need a sealed box. At least the Hobby version, and perhaps retail???
Stay tuned, there may be yet one more Master Set completion coming soon.... :giggity:
