02-03 Pacific Nights Special Edition

I have one of these on my Milan Kraft Checklist. I used to on a Miroslav Satan from a different set.

My question is: Where did these cards come from? Were they pack pulled stamped cards or were they giveaways like ITG Cross Canada Tour cards?

According to Beckett:

This set was given away during Pacific Nights events at local dealer shops.

This is from the 2001 Titanium Pacific Nights - I assume the same applies to the 2002 Pacific set although the set description is blank
