Here is an older set that I collected when I first got back into serious collecting again. At the time I wasn't concerned about the parallel cards and just wanted to have one of the player. This is a mix of regular and parallel cards.

I second that, especially the Canucks. They are impossible to find now!

Rich, the Tanguay is a buyback, I suspect a filler for his set for now. Great show!

Great memories! I was also just getting into collecting again ,and remember a few boxes of these at the LCS for a nice price. I liked the different materials they used.

Should have mentioned that I am still looking for 7 of the first rounders including Tanguay!

I have completed all the sets from 51-52 to the 90's sometimes there were two sets in the 60's such as Topps and Parkhurst. A few sets in the 90's and lots in the early 2000's. In the last few years I collected SP Authentic and Upper Deck, but last year just SP Authentic. Hard to say how many. In the 100's. It's tough to say for the newer ones as well because they have so many subsets.

Wow.....just wow! I also am a huge fan of the 1st rounder patch cards. That Iginla 1st rounder card brings back happy memories for me. I did an in person trade to obtain it back in 2007, then traded it to a buddy for some other Iginla cards several years later. Thanks for the show!

Loved those Tools of the Game cards from SPGU in the early 2000s. Those First Rounders cards were also epic and were highly desirable back in the day!

On second peek, my favorite card is the Roenick First Rounders with the swatch from the ever-popular "Kachina" jersey! Paul your show and tells are mind-boggling, and evoking so much nostalgia!:beer:
