So I have this card in my PC and was just offered $200 US for it! Is this card that rare or is it because Ramage is in the slammer and doesn't sign?

Not exactly sure on its rarity but I do know that there are a ton of people who are trying to kill that set....I used to be one of them and when I called it quits and started to sell mine off I got some crazy offers on a lot of cards...Some even 5x BV....This guy is probably trying to kill the set and you most likely won't get another offer that high so if its not worth 200$ to you I say move it....

Ramage is deceptively short compared to most of the other captains cards, but not listed as an SP. I think a lot are being locked up (bad choice of words) by builders.

I don't think his print run is shorter than most other captains. I am building the set as well and have passed on a number of them because I didn't want to pay the $50-75 that they were selling for. If you can get $200 for it, go for it. If not, I'll trade for it

Interesting..not that long ago I sold one on Ebay & I believe that I got around $36 for it.

If someone needs it badly enough they will pay more than current "book" value for it.
