Not to confuse things, but in 06-07 there were some players whose By the Letter cards had a printing error on the reverse, same as the website. Jaromir Jagr was one of those players (I have 2 of his Letters from 06-07), and I can't recall the complete list of the players, but I think maybe Kovi and Hasek were on it as well. I think there were around a half-dozen players whose cards exhibited the error.
I contacted UD about it to see what they said. They confirmed the website was wrong and some players were misprinted (the didn't offer a list). They offered to provide a letter stating that the cards did indeed have a game-used letter on them, but I had to send them the cards and they would return them with the "authenticity" letter. I decided to pass.
Now as to the 07-08 cards, I don't recall the reverse of the actual cards for any player having any printing errors again. At least the Jagr didn't (I have 2 from 07-08 as well).
