07-08 The Cup Rookie Flashbacks

Remember the 04-05 UD Series with the subsets of rookies from guys like Gretzky, Roy, Lord Stanley etc. I forget the exact name right now.

What would you think if they did that with an upcoming release of The Cup. Pretty much just like what IronmanIndy has done with his photoshop.

I would like to see some Flashback rookies, much like what UD has done is baseball with the oriiginal 1989 set design.

Maybe they could do them as an insert and use the 90-91 Star Rookie design.

I would also love to see the original Cup set design used to produce "rookies" of current stars and legends who could finally have a high-end "rookie" from this era of technonology with a patch, auto, etc.

Meh, I wouldn't really mind so long as they'd use NHL-worn jersey pieces and not some lame Legends Game or whatever stuff.

Oh wait, why am I talking here, I couldn't afford a tin of the Cup if I moved my whole collection lol.
