07-08 Trilogy Ice Scripts Corey Perry Redemption Question

Hi All
I am just wondering if anyone has received their card for this redemption yet, or if anyone even bothered to redeem them.
I hav got the email from Upper Deck that mine has been mailed, but where I live in Canada it could be December befor I see it. Thought I might find out if I will be getting the Perry card or a replacement card.

I have two of them that I asked for a replacement for. I received an email on September 17th that they had shipped and it is now November 18th and still nothing has arrived. I'm starting to get a little worried but I have noticed that mail between the US and Canada has been a little slow lately.
