10-11 Upper Deck Series 1 20th Anniversary question

Hi guys/gals,

Just wondering if the 20th Anniversary Young Guns in this years Upper Deck are considered Rookie Cards. I'm thinking they are probably not but just want to make sure.

Not arguing but I have trouble considering a card a parallel when it looks nothing like its counterpart. These are way cooler than the parallel's in Artifacts and Certified.

But whatever. Other than the fact that the 20th anniversary's are onions skin thin, I love them.

I'd rather have a 20th YG over a regular one. Couldn't care less that they don't carry the RC tag. They're sharp looking.
