So I redeemed the Kruger auto patch /60 on 9/30 of 2012. Yes 2012. Long story short I called Panini customer service on 6/19/2013 and asked the rep if this card was ever going to be made. He responded no, most likely it would not. After that I opted to have a replacement sent to me along with a replacement for my Brad Richards Dominion Peerless patch auto /40. I was not happy whatsoever with what I got in the mail weeks later. A Bortuzzo certified mirror gold sticker auto rc and a Fleury crown royale sticker auto. I don't know about you but I don't feel that was a fair replacement for 2 hard signed auto patches (of decent players) from a higher end product. So I call Panini back and speak to the head of customer service, forget his name now, but he tells me to send the cards back and not sure who told you they wouldn't be made but they would. After waiting all this time I had to pay return shipping and then had to wait another month or two to FINALLY get the Brad Richards....Well it's now 1/2/2014 and no sign of the Kruger...
It's a shame because I really like Dominion cards but after my horrible experience will their customer service department, including the manager, I decided that I would refrain from purchasing any Dominion boxes in the future, and most likely any Panini products period. I've given you the gist of the story but believe me when I say the entire process was incredibly long and drawn out, disappointing, frustrating, and left me with a bad taste in my mouth...
So, since I'm hesitant to opt for another replacement due to my first lousy experience, should I just continue to hope and pray that someday this card will be made? Have any of you waited longer than I have for a card to be made or redeemed?
Please share your thoughts and if you have any info on this card let me know. I've seen a bunch of Marcus Kruger auto'd stuff out there so I don't think the problem is with him not signing them or sending them back, if they were in fact made....
