Redeeming your Made To Order card is easy!
Send your redemption card and your complete address to the Customer Service address found on the Customer Service page of our website.
Use whatever method you prefer to send your card to us. Remember, if we don't receive your card- we can't redeem it. We are NOT responsible for your card until it is received at our Customer Service office.
Made To Order redemptions usually take between 6-8 weeks. The length of time depends on the number of game-used memorabilia cards we have in production at the time of your redemption request.
Make sure you send your redemption card and your complete address to the Customer Service address found on the Customer Service page of our website.
