12/13 Certified Box - and a question

I managed to snag myself a $25 box of this stuff and got to busting, hit a couple standard inserts /999, so here's tje notables:

FOTG Brent Burns /75
FOTG Nick Foligno /75
FOTG Devante Smith-Pelley /150 'DUCKS'
Maxime Sauve Auto
Martin Brodeur Masked Marvels 1/75
Rookie Redemption R1 which I've been told is Yakupov.

Now my question is, I was told by burebuyer that my box was a hot box because all my base cards were shiny, so just how rare are these shiny base cards? I've still got them all so if someone is trying to build the shiny set send me a message.

I think the hot boxes are 1-2 per case. Definitely a hot box as the jerseys are shinier as well. And I say you did pretty Awsome on that box!

I agree. Hot boxes are 2-3 per case. Great box!

I cracked 9 boxes, 3 were hot boxes. Too bad wal mart caught on to the 25$ mistake. All the vendor stickers have been changed to 54.92$ which is what comes up in their system.

And for your hot boxes, the three hits /75 are the Hot Box parallels which you wont find in non-hot boxes.

Nice break. How do you tell the hot base from the regular base? I did 13 boxes and seemed to have some of the hot jerseys but not sure if I got any hot box base cards?

Every base card is shiny.
