16/17 Parkhurst - Matte and Glossy Finish?

I was browsing eBay and came across a seller with ton of these 'matte' and 'gloss' versions of green Parkhurst 16/17 base for sale. Is this actually a thing? I can't find them on a checklist and it's tough to even tell a difference in the pictures. Didn't know whether I should bid or not...

Seems to just be a variation in printing, never announced as a real parallel, or a real correct way they should be. I am not including them in my player checklist, just getting one version and calling it a day.

I never took notice of any difference before.But now that you have raised the question.I went and checked my extra(1000 or so) and I was able to find quite easily,4 cards that were definitely different and had no gloss.I have not checked my set yet.Never know maybe if this is a rare parallel I may have some rookies that are different.It may only be a factory mix up as well.Thanks.
