Overall I did really well with my 2 boxes, other than 2 cards short in each box (4 less base cards) the hits were pretty good. 2 redemptions in each box was great.

Since the filler is “patch thickness” the pack with the patch has the 3 other base cards. When UD places jersey cards in the packs, the jersey card is “about” the same thickness as 2 cards and it removes the 3rd card to keep pack thickness relatively the same as a patch pack or a regular non-mem pack.

It is good that you got 2 cards short which means that you recieved 2 jersey mem cards. If you had been missing 1, it would mean that you’d probably have gotten an Aurum card, which they still pack with 3 base cards. If you ask me...mem over insert any day.

Agree with you there, and I am really not a fan of the Aurum cards.
What I really like was 2 redemption cards in each box I opened. When one is a Pettersson Emerald rookie, and then 2nd box a Svechnikov silver gotta like that.
