Could someone that happens to have a 180pt one touch and a tape measure handy take a measurement of the thickness. I don't own a single card that requires one that size

John, I have 180 pt holders if you need one for sizing the entire holder in a frame. According to Gimko (gimko.com.au) the inside space is 4.5mm, or 0.177165 in. Pretty hard to measure with a tape measure, so I'll take their word for it.

Hey Al how much is the outside thickness? The grooves on the displays I make is 1/2". So I think they would fit but will be tight

Just measured one, and it is 7/16", so you should be ok. I'm intrigued by your holders, just not sure where I would have space for one.
