2 box break, Hot Prospects/Artifacts

Wandering around my local Zellers today and notice they had a "SALE" sign over their hockey cards....they didn't have a ton of exciting stuff but they did have a box of 07-08 Artifacts shrink-wrapped together with a box of 07-08 Hot Prospects, and they were on sale together for $21. I thought that was worth a shot.

The results?

Sweet Jesus.

11 packs of Hot Prospects. 11 packs of base.

Artifacts?

6 packs. First 4 packs all base. Fifth pack contained a monster hit.

That's the reason I don't open boxes of stuff unless I'm putting a set together.

Once in a hundred chance of hitting anything in the retail boxes.......much better off with the hobby boxes.
