2005-06 Black Diamond Mailday!

Finally decided to go hard after this set. I have made some great trades. Today I received a handful of Triples from hawkeenut. Great trader, great cards, and clean toploads... :dance:


I managed to pick up the hardest card in the set. I took advantage of a 10% off coupon from ebay and a couple sales. The seller only had 3 feedback on ebay, but was from the U.S. and shipped via UPS for $5. I figured it was worth a shot. Corners on this card are very sharp!

05/06 Black Diamond is one of my favorite sets. And to get the Crosby is a great start!
Here is what the entire set looks like singles thru quads and including the jerseys and sp autos. According to a couple of sources the Gretzky auto is sp'd /10. A few of the other autos are pretty tough to land, by far the hardest part of doing this set I found.
I hope you have as much fun as I did doing this set! I do have some duplicates of some of the quads, Yzerman, Getzlaf, Wolski included. LMK if you want me to pm you a list.

That is awesome! I am stopping after the regular set. No auto's or jerseys for me. That is very impressive though! I will shoot you a pm after the holidays with what I still need.
