I have a chance to order four hobby boxes of 2006-07 Heroes & Prospects for $146 US delivered. Should I go for it?

I decided to hold off and set funds aside for two boxes of Forever Rivals from my LCS instead.
It is a good price but the two junior players I collect, Fredericton natives Jake Allen (now in Peoria) and Zack Phillips (now in Saint John or Houston or ECHL), aren't in the 2006-07 H&P edition.
