I could trade for an unredeem 2007-08 Artifact RC (of J. Toews). Is this card can still be redeem via the Upper Deck site or it is expired?

Take the trade. You might get a parallel version. /100 /80 /74.5 /65 /50 /25 /12 /5 /2 /1 I might have missed a few other artifacts parallels.
