The regular rainbows are silver foil boarder.While the black rainbows are black boarder foil and of course are #xxx/100.

also, are blank backs numbered? and how can you distinguish them from regular cards?

The Blank Backs aren't numbered. From the front they look exactly the same as the Retros.
