Hey y'all. I haven't been around too much lately. Busy with the three kids. My oldest is playing High School Football and I'm the VP of the Booster Club. Like a 2nd job. LOL....

Anyway, I'm not sure if any of you have noticed but several of the online retailers, etc... have dropped the cost on some 2011-12 Panini Wax VERY low. I just bought a case of Contenders at $60 per. I've also seen Elite at the same price and some other great deals lately. Not sure about the upcoming releases, but this stuff should be fun rip at a "close out" price. Anyone else taking advantage of this?

Yes contenders box and others have dropped by 20 dollars or more! rookie anthology and ud series 2 great for the collectors to buy

I know, or heard anyhow...Panini is clearing their warehouse; thus the influx of product and lower clearout pricing.....

Good for the breakers!

It will kill the resale value as it did when they dumped contenders and donruss last year, down arrows across the board

For those who are local, I am sure we can find some old cheap wax ( The ones that are from last year) at the expo. Have a buddy or friend keep a look out for you incase you are looking for stuff.

Where you buying? Any Canadian sites with cheap wax?

not quite as low as some of the US sites, but Quecan's price have dropped some. BTP and H+P have dropped to $70 with the HSHS points still live. It looks like some of the Panini prices have dropped for cases, a bit for boxes (maybe, I don't follow Panini prices very closely).

I can see it happening here. We have currently been offered some great pricing on 10/11 products so logic would imply the same will happen with the 11/12 products eventually. Todd was just asking me about $34 (D&A) 10/11 Donruss and although we can't exactly match that, the distributors have reduced pricing so we can get close (+$11 but when you consider shipping costs plus duty... likley cheaper)

Here is exactly what we are paying and selling the 10/11 (plus a few others on sale) products on sale from the distributor for...

Locals of course would have zero shipping costs.

You can always contact us (or the other sponsor shops here on HI) for the best prices on wax or supplies....!

UPDATE.... We have put the question to our distributors so when we know, we will pass it on.
