Our hockey team just finished hand packing out 2011-12 NHL The Cup this weekend. Look for images of some of the amazing hits later on this week!

I have heard 9-11 for release date. That is what their FB page says as well.

Probably because no one knows what their allocation is until it actually arrives - or waiting for the inevitable bump in price shortly after release day

anyone else bothered about the September 11th release date? maybe im biased but the 10th or 12th wouldve worked just fine.

There were also 19 others /99 in Ultimate. I'd put him in the top ten maybe even higher but not for the Cup. I think they may just go back to three /99s. Last years rookie class was stacked they had no choice but to bump it up to six. Bobrovsky didn't need to be in the top tier but better than Kadri. No way you could put Hall, Eberle, Seguin, Skinner or even Subban (with his hobby love) as a /249.

This year should be Hopkins and Landy for sure and the third is a toss up between Henrique, Hodgson, Cooter or Scheifele. Not sure if Cooter will get it since the Flyers had JVR and Bobs the last few years.

NHL 13 is coming out on the same day, I found it a little off putting as well

Stuff traditionally gets released on Tuesdays. The thought popped up in my head as well about this and NHL 13 but there's no harm intended.

I dont think Henrique will be a /99 due to the fact that he bloomed out later in the season. Remember that these cards are sent out early in the season to get them signed. If 3 is the number it would be a toss up between Hodgson and Couturier and possibly Larsson.
