Interesting. I've always associated "cutout" players in the designs of Artifacts. Seeing backgrounds in the photos (especially the rookie mockups) looks odd. Very odd.

Not my favorite version of this brand.

I like the jersey card design's but the Galchenyuk looks a little weird.

I think they look great, especially the horizontal patches.

Having a background does look a little odd, but I think once we see a final version with real foil they'll look really nice.


I did notice rookie patches in there. Is this for the carryovers from this season or is it a new thing to Artifacts?

The backgrounds do look a bit odd but I kind of like it.

I have a feeling these backgrounds are more mock than actual. But to have mem cards for RC's will be a nice change for this year.
