2013-14 OPC Wrapper Redemption

Yes, I'm probably the only dork thinking about 13/14 OPC while the rest of the collecting world focuses on the upcoming Expo, but I'm curious if anyone that was at the Industry Summit heard anything about the wrapper redemption program for the next release. Hopefully it won't be geographically specific this year.

Actually I collect only OPC cards and am looking forward to the upcoming OPC release in August. There was a preview email sent out but I don't reemmber anything on it about the redemption programs.
