Those draft day cards were probably signed by Merrill and the rookie showcase a while back. UD is probably chomping at the bit to start using their stuff of his from that event

Really? An NHL team getting shut-out in a base set? How often does that happen? The Hartford Whalers are in the set! Even Fleury is in a Rangers uni.

There is a gold base auto as well, Group B (1:275). But yeah, Gabby stuff has been declining lately. Good for the wallet but bad for the PC.

LOL that is pretty sad. Although the Flames have a very weakroster, UD could of put some old school flames guys in there. I thought they included every single team in base sets? I guess I'm wrong.

Not including a single current player from a team in a base set is a travesty for a modern card release. The Florida Panthers are also only represented by Pavel Bure.
