2014-15 Fleer Showcase PMG Question

So I pulled the trigger on a Roy Green PMG from this set. I know the card is /10 but it is S/N /100 on the back. I checked others listed on COMC and the Green's are all /100.

I then looked at my Blue and Red versions of the card a noticed that they were also S/N /100.

So what is the actual breakdown for these parallels? Is it the first 10 of the print run were Green leaving some distribution of the remaining 90 between the Blue and Red or was the Green just an error in printing and the Blue and Red are actually both /100?
