2016 NHL Entry Draft Tickets in Buffalo

I would love to get tickets to see the Leafs draft Matthews! I can't find any info online on how to get tickets tho. Nothing on the Sabres, First Niagra, or NHL sites. Anyone have info?

With the Leafs having the frist overall pick and Toronto being so close to Buffalo I expect a large contingent of Leaf fans.

It doesn't matter what hockey event it is in Buffalo, there's always a flood of Canadians. Every Leafs game that's here is filled with Leaf jerseys.

When the World Juniors were here it was full of rude Canadians (no offense to our members here, you're cool) but how they handled themselves here after Canada lost in the prelims was astounding. People throwing drinks at cars, people throwing stuff at people in Sweden jerseys. Just horrible.

I really hope that Buffalo people fill the arena and boo the Leafs the entire time. Sorry Leafs fans.


Also - to answer your question, no info. Sabres whenever asked say the same thing that they have no info to share. Pretty stupid in my opinion given the fact that the event is next month.

The NHL is probably hedging their bets... trying to see how many corporate seats they need to set aside for big dollars before giving the common person a chance to go.

I've mentioned it to my wife and daughter and they're definitely interested in making the trip now... Not sure I can live up to the high expectations of being a Leaf fan, but that's probably okay...
