Can't believe the Pens won again without Letang. Proud of the team, and very happy for guys like Hainsey and Cullen.

I've had a love/hate relationship with MAF over the years, but a more consummate professional and teammate, there will never be. I will miss him and wish him the best of luck in the future.

As much as I wanted Nashville (Subban) to win, I think there's no excuse for Nashville to complain. It sucks the whistle blew, but they didn't score another goal. There's no way you're going to win many or any games scoring just 1 goal. Also, no goals in 2 games? As badly as the Pens got outplayed in their losses and even in their first 2 wins of the series, the Preds got outplayed a lot worse in these last 2 games than Pittsburgh ever did.

I think the main argument is that in a game where emotion and adrenaline is running high, where everything is on the line, a goal would have shifted momentum in Nashville's favour and led to more goals, whereas an unfairly lost goal shifted the momentum completely in Pittsburgh's favor and took the wind completely out of Nashville's sails.

Ain't that the truth? If I was in his position I would have handle the "trade Fleury" talks and the benching very poorly. The way Fleury handled it is nothing short of impressive. I was sad to see him get picked by Vegas, new it was coming, but still sad. He just seems like a heck of a human being.
