My 48th Expo came and went in a flash. This was a FUN weekend. Got to hang out with the crew Thursday night at Jeremy's Pre-Expo Dinner and catch up with everyone. Also got to play a small prank on The Mayor of Canada himself...everyone's buddy Rich! A MASSIVE shoutout to Frank Staine for hooking me up (YET AGAIN!) with a weekend pass. It means a lot that you always take care of me come Expo 
Tried one box of 2018 Leaf Hockey and wasn't disappointed...

A BIG shoutout to Jeffrey for helping me land these for my PC...
Had some cards Raw Graded by BGS...the top row was used as trade bait and the bottom four were submitted to be slabbed.

I wanted a Jacob deGrom Heritage Autograph and was STUNNED to find one at a Winnipeg dealer's table. I grabbed that and an Adam Jones Red Auto for a killer price. I'm saving the deGrom to get graded at the next show.
Ken Reid wrote a follow-up to his "Hockey Card Stories" book UNBELIEVABLY called "Hockey Card Stories 2". Made sure to pick up my copy and had it signed by Ken Reid and Upper Deck's pride and joy, Chris Carlin (who wrote the forward along with Sidney Crosby).
For $5, managed to get the nicest (ungraded) RC I have ever seen of the of my favourite LB of all all time (and the guy whose number I used as my own in high school)...
I've wanted Kyle Lowry's best RC for some time, but everything in 2006 was overproduced...except for this card. Limited to 56 copies and graded BGS 9.5, this one is finally mine
Landed this one in a package deal...
The reason for pun in the title...I saw this booklet on Friday and negotiated with the dealer for three solid days and finally pulled the trigger when he added the Andrew Lincoln for one unreal price...
I want to give a GIANT shoutout to a GIANT of a man who has become like a brother to me. Many thanks to Steve (Quincy) for going the extra mile to get this one into my PC...
On the way out on Sunday, I stopped by Marcel Dionne's table to say hi and he was kind enough to offer me a photo. We talked about the hobby and how much he loves interacting with people and went as far as to invite me to a dinner on November 20th at his restaurant where 20 other former NHLers will be to interact and mingle. Such an incredible man.
