At the risk of sounding like chicken little, should we expect a much smaller vendor attendance at the show? With all the cross border BS currently going on, I genuinely cannot wrap my head around what each vendor is going to need to do (paperwork-wise) in order to bring their wares into Canada, as well as take their wares back into the US. Some of these folks bring/have/take very high value inventory back and forth and if they don't follow the right protocols, I'm guessing they will face incredibly high duties and/or tariffs.
Hope some folks coming up from the US can provide some insight?

I think there might be an admission decrease from the US. Never really paid attention to the amount of vendors coming from the States, I know there are a handful I can think of. I'm willing to bet there are Canadian vendors who'd step in happily for spot - could be totally wrong. My hope is if there are less that it doesn't fill with pokemon. The sports card expo should be just that but even the last expo had space for TCG.

They still have to go back across the border to get home.
Sports cards aren't tariffed heading into the US since they are manufactured by Upper Deck. I've been shipping cards since the new US tariffs have been in place. I use Zonos to prepay duties/tariffs. They're always $0

Is there somewhere online you'd recommend a good tutorial? I'll be honest, I haven't really looked at it because people a lot more savvy than me said they couldn't figure it out.
I don't think so. I just figured it out on my own. If you have already created your account, these are the steps:

1: open app and click "ship" at the bottom
2: select standard package and click continue
3: select add by photo (easiest)
4: select "take photo" and take your picture. Once AI has completed the scan and given you a description, click "edit item"
5: select country of origin and change to United States
6: change the item value if it is not correct. Once done, click "Save item"
7: click the confirmation box and then click "calculate duties"
8: the total should be 0.00 then click "complete"
9: on the confirmation page, you will see a declaration id. That is what you need to enter into the Canada Post website to get your label. I'm guessing you can also give that number at any CP retail outlet if you are going in person.

How are you shipping through CP? Aren't they completely shut down right now? I use Stallion Express and all the CP stuff is shut off. (Although in the process of typing this, my postal guy just walked through the mall, so ... rolling deliveries?)

They are on rotating strike right now I believe.
