3 packs 11/12 Artifacts

Well i was JUST talking about how I don't buy other brands of hockey, especially Upper Deck.....and against my better judgement I bought 3 packs..........nothing like spending $32 on base cards! Was going to buy 09/10 ITG Update set, but they were all out of them, this is the only card of note, and the only thing I know about them is that they are out of /99....i wonder if these are case hits?
