Another copy and paste right from Eklund. So he wants people to honestly believe the Hawks are going to give up Seabrook and Patrick Sharp? There better be an Alfredsson, Spezza, Heatley, or Kopitar going to Chicago for that to ever be a remote possibility.

Then again, I thought the days of the Hawks making ridiculous deals were behind us (see Gilmour deal). I can't imagine the new front office would make such a ridiculous deal, but I guess nothing would surprise me with the Hawks. I can see them moving Barker, but Seabrook and Sharp? hat would be the dumbest thing they have done since, well, trading for Havlat.........

I'll be very surprised if Sharpe is dealt. He was praised last year for being such a positive influence in the Hawks organization and the young guns. Barker I'd say is the name most mentioned

These rumors are absolutely insane. I heard rumors of Kopitar being dealt as well and why would the Kings get rid of the cornerstone of their franchise and not get one in return? O'Sullivan also had a very solid season and is another key piece, so why they would trade him is also beyond me. I guess the Kings are really desperate for a goalie eventhough they have Bernier waiting in the wings..

Actually, I ammended it a little Tony. It looks much better than Eklund's rumored trade

I also doubt Sharp would be dealt but, then again, you never know. The Hawks really want Khabby out of there to avoid a goalie controversy and they need to shed some salary cap space.

there is NO way the kings are going to move kopitar..anyone who thinks they would is insane. i dont even know why they are even part of this rumour, all they would be getting is an overpaid goalie who they wont need long and give up someone like o'sullivan? everyone knows they are going to suck next year with or without khabby, lombardi would have to a complete DA to trade for khabby and give any of the young guys.

i wouldnt think preissing would be leaving either. looking at their roster, him and that new dude from the flyers(gauthier?) are the only ones who have more than 2 or 3 years of experiece, and have no idea if gauthier even has that, just know he's 31 i think.
