If I recall correctly, 1/4 of Lost Planet's Achievement points are gathered from playing online...so I would hope the Live Servers for them are still up.

If you're talking about the 360 Arcade console itself...the consoles themselves aren't different at all from each other...I don't know how much hard drive space from that game a save requires though, and whether an Arcade console's internal memory has enough room for it.
