a couple of panini redemption replacements

after waiting the 4 months, i finally was able to ask for replacements. after 2 calls, 4 emails, Minday at Panini finally took control of the situation and sent me a couple of items.

I have yet to get through via email, calls, anything. I have two cards I am waiting on 12 plus months for now. I did get a message back in I think it was September saying (after I mentioned I wanted replacements) that I could either continue to wait, or request replacements....which I responded to again.....and nothing.

Congrats on getting something from them. Looks like you made par on the course.
