A (Custom) Complete Print Run!

A little background on this 'mailday' I guess you could call it... My dad played for the Detroit Junior Red Wings sometime back in 1973 thru 1975. He missed out of the NHL by a pretty slim margin, obviously never having a card of himself. Being a designer and a collector, I thought I would change that for him this Xmas. I grabbed an old hockey sock of his and made a Limited Logos 08 style card for him over the past month, and finally was able to finish it all up today. Now, I'll just have to have him autograph 'em all after I surprise him with it. I was going to have him keep one, myself keep one and give them other 7 to family and friends. The print run is out of 9, his number on the Jr. Wings and just about every other team he's ever been on. So here's what the whole print run looks like together before the auto's!

Haha, I was able to obtain both. It was a pair he hadnt worn in years.

Yeah, he graduated High School in 1972 and was captain of his HS Michigan State Champion team that year and then went off to join the Junior Wings later on... I think he'd dig the ITG 1972 series.
