Well it's a bitter sweet few days of mail. As most of you know Michel Ouellet was not resigned by the Pens and now plays for the Bolts. I had to think about this one for a moment. I was a fan of Ouellet but I am more so a fan of the Pens. I have officially stopped collecting him. I will not pick up any more of his cards but I also will not be selling what I have of him. Just leave it where it is.
I realized that why spend $80 on a mediocre player when I can use that money to buy a nice Mario, Francis or Pens young star player.
On to the mail...
Been slowly picking up some nice Barrasso and Francis cards from this year's ITG Ultimate. However, for some reason they tend to be taking forever to get here so only two to show off today!
A solid pick up! A great looking three colour Pens patch. Picked it up for a mere $40. Very happy with the price and even more happy with the card. It looks great!
Finally, I was browsing for Francis cards and out of the blue I saw something I had to have....
Francis Complete Jersey #'ed 1/9!!
He has very few game used pieces of him in the a Pens uniform. This has to be the nicest Francis piece I've ever seen. Glad to see it found a home in my collection
