A Dual Shield has arrived....

Today is one of the best days in my years of collecting :D .

A small parcel from Curt (GabbyGuy) arrived today. Some of you already get the idea..... ;) It was the 2006-07 The Cup Dual NHL Shield of Jere Lehtinen and Sergei Zubov that Curt pulled less than a week ago! When I posted a thread displaying my interest in this card the other day, I could not have hoped that one of the members of HI community would actually pull this card. So keep the faith, my (still) shieldless co-members!!

I really appreciate the fact that Curt helped me out once more with my PC. It's getting a habit for you, but THANKS AGAIN Curt!!!! I do hope to return the favour someday. The card is not my first 1/1 Lehtinen card, but it certainly is the nicest one!

Thanks a lot! The card looks even nicer in hand. Somehow there seem to be some green and yellow glance on the Lehtinen shield (from the boards perhaps :confused: or did not Upper Deck use the proper washing instructions ;) ) Anyways, glad to see UD used game worn jerseys instead of photoshoot jerseys (like they appear to have done with some shields)!!

Great to see members helping out each other with PC's. :) and sharing the story/pics. It's what being a member of HI is all about!
 
Wow Patrick, congrats! Couldn't have gone to a better home (sorry Hata :D) and good to see HI community helped one another again!!
