If you're a US based seller like me that struggles to keep things cheap for your Canadian customers this guide should help you. I got bored today waiting for a new box to arrive and put this video together after reading last night that someone on Facebook refused to send to Canada for less than $12 USD.

This method has worked for me for a while and for others for years.

What has worked for me is to utilize the Kiosk. I have been able to mail 1 card to Canada for $2.40 in a bubble envelope.

Thanks for posting this. Curious if you've ever had any packages returned to you? I've tried this once before and it gets sent back to me saying it needs additional postage. Has that ever happened?

Same here, I have had that happen no less than FIVE times before I gave up on this method and had to revert back to charging the irrefutable amount.

I've never had an issue with this method. On the customs form I say "hockey photo" and cross my fingers that any Canadian customs official reading it is a fellow hockey fan.

Good idea. For trades I might bite the bullet and pay the normal fee(dont want people waiting another week or 2 if it didnt work) also would not risk it with a Gretzky auto he was using in the vid..... Id ask the buyer to meet in the middle on shipping cost at worse.... As far as the value on the form. I usually put less than 25.00 & gift but if selling I'd just come to an agreement with buyer...can't streatch the truth too much if insurance makes sence
