New to football, so this is probably a stupid question, but what does jersey-prime mean? I haven't seen this in hockey. Is this just a patch, or is it just something that Leaf puts on its lower number jersey cards, or what?

Prime usually is used it name of the card to denote that it's a parallel, usually really rare. Like lets say a regular jersey is #/250, the Prime could be #/25 or something.

It's only used in Playoff/Leaf products i believe as it's one of their signature names they use on cards.

In Playoff products, "prime" is generally a parallel to a set of jersey cards with swatches being what would be considered "patch" material (numbers, nameplate, logos, etc.).
